Archaist is a remake of the classic Pastfinder, a vertical shooter where you advance through a series of levels driving a small spaceship while shooting at everything in your path.
The game includes a ton of differently mapped levels that will take you through a multitude of different color surrealist settings, plagued by difficult-to-defeat enemies.

The gameplay is quite simple since your ship is constantly moving forward. The only thing you have control over is the speed. And of course, you can jump to avoid obstacles and shoot to your heart's content.
Archaist is an entertaining and quite long arcade game that, for the modest price of zero dollars, can keep you occupied for hours.
